Pivot 49 is a creative group of individuals coming together to solve, create and design online applications. The concept of the name was based on a turning point for a client's business and as Pivot 49 is based in Vancouver and is on the 49th parallel it seemed a fitting combination.

The challenge was to design a creative and unique logo and word mark using the characters within the name. The "V" in pivot was pivoted to form the top of the "4" and the "o" was used to form the top of the 9 to infer the entire name Pivot 49. The font was custom created and further customized to demonstrate the unique and creative aspects of the company.
